Abstract Instructions -- Read carefully before submitting abstract

  1. Only ONE abstract can be submitted at a time. Return to this page to initiate other abstract entries. Please do not submit the same abstract more than once. Only the first abstract will be accepted.
  2. A confirmation number will be returned once the abstract is submitted. If a confirmation number does not appear after you submit your abstract then assume your abstract did not go through and resubmit.
  3. The presenting speaker of the abstract is required to register for the meeting by December 1, 2007 or the abstract will not be printed in the Program Guide. Abstracts submitted by authors who have not registered by this date will not be accepted. We will endeavor to contact those who fail to meet this deadline; however, registration will guide acceptance of the abstract.
  4. If you must make a change to your abstract AFTER you submitted it and received a confirmation number. You must contact one of the abstract coordinators so that we can facilitate the change and you must give us your confirmation number.
    PLEASE DO NOT SEND IN A DUPLICATE ABSTRACT WITH YOUR CHANGE.

Before you select a presentation type, please read the information below

  1. Select "Plenary Session Speaker" or "Workshop Session Speaker" ONLY if you have previously been invited to speak by the PAG Organizing Committee or a Workshop Organizer. Abstracts submitted as "Plenary Session Speaker" or "Workshop Session Speaker" that are not based on a previous invitation will be discarded without notice. (Exception: Aquaculture Workshop submissions will be screened by workshop organizers)

  2. You are welcome to submit an abstract for a poster presentation. Posters will be on display for the duration of the conference with a time reserved for the author to be present at the poster for presentation to meeting attendees. However, ONE POSTER PER REGISTERED ATTENDEE

  3. There will only be a limited number of computer demonstrations possible this year. Your abstract submission will be forwarded to the Computer Demonstration organizer. If it is not possible to fit your presentation into the schedule, you may provide a poster presentation. SPACE ALLOCATED BASED ON AVAILABILITY
