MCQTL : SOFTWARE FOR MAPPING QTL IN SIMPLE OR COMPOSITE DESIGN

Different studies with MCQTL will be presented: localization of QTLs in a wide variety of populations (BC, multi-cross BC, RIL, multi-cross RIL F2, F3, Diallel F2, Outbred (full-sib F1 family), localization of QTLs with cofactors, effects of QTL estimation by defining models with and without dominance or additive effects. This demo will complete the illustration of the author's poster presented elsewhere at PAG VIII Conference. MCQTL package is available at INRA-BIA.
