The current status of the cotton genome database, CottonDB, will be presented. We will review what data is on line, and we will discuss changes that were made in configuring data. We will discuss what data that will not be included in the database, and provide an opportunity for discussion of this decision. We will also discuss the type of data format that we prefer when sent to us for inclusion into the database.
