for PAG-XV will be:

$ 595 if submitted to the secure web site or postmarked after 1
November 2006. On site registration, which is strongly discouraged, is $695.
For industry participants, the fee for PAG-XV will be:
$ 725 advance registration postmarked by 1 November 2006
$ 825 if postmarked after 1 November 2006. On site registration, which is strongly
discouraged, is $925.

The registration fee includes one copy of the printed conference abstracts,
conference souvenir, a pre-registration list (including the e-mail

reception, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday lunches, Monday evening Wine
& Cheese Reception, Wednesday evening dinner and dancing.
