Functional annotation of genomics data using orthologous information from known molecular networks

We describe databases and software that allow building molecular networks and pathways for new model organisms. Functional relationships for the newly sequenced species can be predicted and transferred from the databases of well-studied species for Arabidopsis, C.elegans, Drosophila, Human, Mouse and Rat. The predicted interactions can be used for pathway analysis and interpretation of gene expression, proteomics and metabolomics data.
