A new Arabidopsis Genomic Resource has been developed at the Nottingham Arabidopsis Stock Center (NASC). Based on the Ensembl software developed at the EBI it provides a detailed and usable interface for browsing genomic information. In addition to containing a comprehensive range of genomic data, it also contains unique information such as the parallel display of both MIPS and TIGR annotations and the linking of affymetrix probes from their genomic location to our large database of affymetrix expression data.
