Workshop Subject/Title: Applications for Real-Time PCR Analysis

Description: The diversity of applications using real-time PCR has grown dramatically over the last several years. This workshop will provide an overview of the types of analyses possible using the DNA Engine OpticonŽ real-time systems from MJ Research. Discussions will focus on the variety of applications and unique advantages real-time PCR tools can bring to your research. Topics will include gene expression analysis, genotyping, and transgene quantification in plants and humans. Special attention will be paid to the intricacies of multiplexed two-color assays.
