Summary:
Learn about solutions for seed and leaf processing, automated MagneSil(tm) plant genomic DNA purification and the new READIT(tm) SNP Genotyping System. Discussions will include optimization of plant tissue grinding for nucleic acid purification, development and optimization of a 96-well plate plant gDNA purification system, development and implementation of new SNP Genotyping assays, accuracy studies, and automation considerations. Speakers from SPEX Certiprep, Promega Corporation and Beckman Coulter will present on these topics and be available for questions.
